how do I stop this annoying Language bar toolbar from loading up each time I start my computer? I'm running windows xp pro and I just reformatted and did a clean install last week.

Everytime I go into 'msconfig' and disable the toolbar: ctfmon ; it just reappears the next time I boot up and adds that same line back into the msconfig. Where would this key be in the registry? It wasn't happening before.

My installed programs are as follows:

Adobe Photoshop 6.0
Adobe SVG Viewer
AOL IM
Fruity Loops 3.4
HP PresicionScan Pro 3.1
HP Share-to-web
Kazaa Lite 1.7.1
Symantec Antivirus 2002 / Live Reg & Live Update
MS Office XP w/ Front Page & Publisher 2002
MS Plus! pack
MSN add-in for Win Manager
Nero Burning ROM
NVIDIA win 2k/xp display drivers
Sound Forge 5.0
SB Audigy w/ soundfont showcase
ALL windows updates except .NET framework
WinRAR archives
Winway Resume Deluxe

My msconfig startup items include:

RUNDLL32
nwiz
Updreg
ADGJDet
navapw32
NeroCheck
msmsgs
aim
ctfmon - this is the language bar that won't let me disable it.
Adobe Gamma Loader
Creative RemoteCenter

I've tried using the accesibility options in the control panel and some other things but this just won't go away.

Mad props to the wiz who helps me rid my pc of this annoying app. My guess as of now is this MSN add-in pack for Win-Manager, whatever that is.
