Microsoft outlook question

Guys a quick question. When composing an email, I don't have the fonts, bold underline, and those kinds of things. They are not highlighted. I have repaired office and that didnt help

Try resetting by Tools==>Options==>Mail Format tab....check and uncheck/check again, Use Microsoft Word for editing messages.

Once you've clicked in the body of the message, they should become enabled.
