KOWBOT WORM TARGETS KAZAA NETWORK | News: vnunet
Kowbot is the second worm to infiltrate the file-sharing Kazaa
network. Kowbot disguises itself as a popular MP3, then installs 150
copies of itself in the Kazaa shared files directory on the infected
computer in an attempt to lure more users. Kowbot is able to take
control of the victim's computer as well as update itself
automatically and send information out from the host machine.
