Cs Target Thingies.

I remember there was a thread about this a while back, but i havent been able to find it. we all know -console, but what are some other ones? I remember there was something like -nopix? -nojoy? -32bb? arg i cant remmeber them. Can somone help me out and name all the ones you know? Oh and can you tell me the console command that shows your FPS, PINg, ETC. Its like CL_fps 3 or something ARG my memory sucks !

"cl_showfps 1" for frames per second, without the quotes.

you can also put that in your config folder so it comes up all the time.

use net_graph 3 , shows everything.

Right Click CS icon>>>Properties>>> You will see that target line.

Almost all of the above can go in your target line. Check out this website for a complete & detailed list of command lines & variables. Counter-Strike Net (http://www.csnation.counter-strike.net)

Here's a few that I use: (each needs a space between them)

-console
(you know)
-noipx
(if you don't use IPX. if you don't know what it is, don't use)
-nojoy
(tells CS you don't use a joystick)
-numericping
(replaces srvr speeds to #'s instead of dots)
+xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port
(will auto join srvr who's IP is entered were xxx's are)
-32bpp
(enables 32bit mode)
-heapsize xxxxx
(tells CS how much RAM to use. In Kilobytes)
-zone 4096
(Adjusts memory usage to compensate for large scripts)

Those are most that I use. Actually I don't use all those all the time. Check out the link I gave you. You'll find more than you'll ever need, I'm sure.;)

Just an FYI...

I've owned HL for almost 3 years now, and my best resource for tweaking in *any* HL mod has always been Tweak3D (http://www.tweak3d.net/). They have 2 sections of tweaks for HL, which also work for CS (minus a few cs-specific commands/tweaks), one for the old version of HL and one for the new. You should be able to find all of the command line options you'd need, as well as quite a few console commands that will help you out for tweaking your connection, visual quality, and framerate etc...
