My speed is really fast ?

Hi everyone, I have a PC with 1.5 GHz and 128 MB RAM Memory, I got DSL from bellsouth.net, i am 12,421 ft from the provider and my speed is 1237/217 kbps .
My question is :
Is my speed really fast with my advantages ?

I'm with Earthlink (actually provided by Bellsouth) and those are almost exactly the same speeds I get. They're above the 80% mark, so that's pretty good.
