Adsl speed

i was wondering how fast should my adsl speeed be if my
d/l & u/l are capped at 512/128 kbps.
I normally get d/l around 20kbps and it seem it abit too slow for what im paying for isnt it ?

Just divide your caps by 8, so for you 64KB/s and more realistic 50-55 KB/s.:)

i thought that the speed be much more. since it 512k d/l
but i havent got anywhere near the speed of 55-60kbps
if im lucky i get 30kbps so do you no wat wrong here ?
