Counter-Strike Response

[C-S wanna be]

Whenever i play counter-strike all of my movements are delayed by 2-3 seconds. anybody know whats causing this and how can i fix it? i have the latest update of the game too. i have a TNT 2 vid card and 750 P3 cpu with 128 mb sdram.

Get more ram and a new video card

Try using this command in the console: net_graph 3 If you're getting low fps that's obviously why, but it could also be due to packet loss and/or choke. And if I remember correctly, you're trying to play cs on 28.8. That's your biggest problem right there.
