DSL speed help

[VerizonDSL guy]

I have Verizon DSL and it is split in the house using a hub. I used to see speeds of about 40- 80 kilobytes per second. now i'm lucky to beat 10. Is there any patch o sometihng the may help me? E-mail me with the patch plz (toxicchemicals@aol.com)
