the second set 2.7 adelphia's new capp rate 2.7 i hope they get bought out. those lousy speeds every two weeks to there's an outage I have down as clock work it's sad. What's scray is some of my exgf's were more pridictable the by isp those were some crazy ho's to

no matter what rwin i try no matter what duplex setting i try or router setting. good old 2.7 That should be my new nick name 2.7. What the heck dawmn adelphia no one is doing there job.
One other question I don't know if it's a bug or not or is that site no there anymore, on the optimizer I did ping check on the last site i get time outs. I did one off of pcpitstop all green.

still no luck I think i'ts due to outages in the surronding areas i wonder where my 50ty a month is going to dawmn bankrupt mf's

i did try the 51100 settings that monsteel sugested it worked to point. Okay it did look good on a speed test. When i went to use a server in mirc (i don't know if you ever used it) They have servers with minkbs for example If i set one up and i had minkbs is 30 you will have to download 30kbs or you'll get dropped grant it that is a high min kbs. I was having trouble making min cps of 15 on some server that i know i dowloaded off them before.
I need the throughput. I noticed with some peer to peer apps the higher rwin the better. if anyone wants to dissagree please jump in I wouldn't mind some extra knowledge:D
Most fast numbers will work, big or small:)
