Mr woopie on GTA3

Does anybody know where to look for Mr woopies ice cream truck and is there any easy way of getting him???

Easiest:
Do El Burro's mission and instead of blowing up the truck just shoot the guys that come out. El Burro is the guy on the pay phone in Heburn Heights (where you picked up Misty).

Other Way:
Do Vigilante or Fire missions in Portland and sooner or later you'll see one.
