what can I do?
plzz help me with a program or tweaks or something to set in my settings.

2. DSL PPP.
3.Aquanet from israel 60/10 kb I think...
4.TCP options string = 020405500103030301010402
MTU = 1400
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput.
MSS = 1360
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1360, which equals MSS.
MSS is not fully optimized for broadband (although it might work well for slower connections). Consider increasing your MTU value.
Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 511104
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 3 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 63888
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
522240 (MSS x 48 * scale factor of 8)
261120 (MSS x 48 * scale factor of 4)
130560 (MSS x 48 * scale factor of 2)
65280 (MSS x 48)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 20444.16 kbps (2555.52 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 8177.664 kbps (1022.208 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 111 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000
5.I've got a problem to do it... sorry!
6.I'm using win XP PRO.

I'm not familiar with DSL(I use cable), but your MSS and MTU values look odd to me. Your RWIN value is also pretty high and is not a multiple of MSS. I'll step aside and let Mnosteele, Lobo, and some of these other experts help you.

Your RWIN is WAY too high for your connection, I don't think you can change your MTU since you are in Israel someone else posted with the same ISP and I'm assuming your ISP is limiting your MTU. Since it is limited to 1400 try the following:
Download the TCPOptimizer in my sig and try the following:
Settings tab:
select - DSL
check - custom settings
network adapter selection - your NIC
check modify all adapters
maxmtu - 1500
TTL - 64
TCP Receive Window - 17680/23120/27200/36720/55760/93840
MTU Discovery - yes
Black Hole Detect - no
Selective Acks - yes
Max Dup ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options - uncheck both boxes*
(* if using TCP Receive Window of 65535 or higher check windows scaling)
Other Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
Lan Browsing Speedup - optimized
Then select "Apply Changes" and reboot to take effect.
Try the first TCP Receive window and do another TCP/IP Analyzer test and post your results so I can see whare you are.

OK it looks as if your MTU is probably limited by your ISP so just try all the settings I gave you above and see which one works the best for speed.:)
