How do you make a ramdisk in XP pro? For temp internet files?

Hi all. I had a ramdisk in 98se and now I have XP pro. I liked putting my temporary internet files stored on there and tcp/ip. Is this worth it in XP? Will I notices any significant speed increase? And above all how do you do it? Thanks.
