Smiley's On Speedguide

I was using a Duron 1G and the smileys were moving . i switched my cpu to an Athlon xp1700+ and the smileys won't move. is this the cause of me swapping cpu's? If not how can i correct this?

Unless i'm just imagining it but i don't see em moving like b4
I'm sorry i posted this here but i didn't know where else a subject like this is posted. This forum is for anthing else not covered in other forums right?

See if the animations in IE got disabled somehow. In tools/IE option...advanced tab, and its in there somewhere, just look about.
