Problem

I can't reach certain web sites. It's not just ONE site, and they are major sites, like HERCULES.COM and NASA.GOV.

I've tried to see if packets were being fragmented (ping -f -l XXXX www.hercules.com), and apparently, I can set my MTU to 1496 without problems. Well, my MTU's set to 1468 right now, and I still can't access the pages. What's up?!
