Where I live I have the option of getting either Earthlink's cable service or Time Warner's RR. The question I have is since they both come from Time Warner's cable lines would it be better to go with RR or Earthlink?
I was thinking of RR because if there was ever a problem that they would be able to fix it quicker since the lines are their's.
But as for speed differrences I don't think there will be a difference. Or will there be?
What do you people think?
