Need more info. What operating system?

Try clicking on TCPOPtimizer in my sig. Download program. Select connection type at top. Select optimize and then apply.. reeboot. To do this manually let me know what os:cool:

With the program I talked about in my previous reply you can manually adjust your RWIN.

Download and install Cablenut 4.08 from http://www.cablenut.com/ You can make numerous setting changes with this utility without having to go into the Registry.
