i am using windows 98se,amd500,128meg ram, just installed an ehternet card from nortel networks and a 1 meg modem HSA from nortel.... now when itry to shut down computer its will go to screen that says windows is shutting down but it wont shutdown on its own... when i take out card it shuts down fine....also when its installed and i dial up internet it will automatically restart computer... im new to this and need help....thx in advance:(
