any suggest...why my 500kbps is 60kbps?

I have just got done calling the tech support for my cable modem and they cant figure out why my 400kbps-700kbps is going around 59kbps. it has been doing it for around 2 or 3 days now!! I have dial up!!! thanks... since they cant find anything wrong with it they made an appointment to come out to my house.

Click the "New to tweaking" link in my signature.

Also, make sure your LAN settings are clear. Open up Internet explorer and click Tools > Internet Options.. > Connections > LAN settings > Make sure everything here is clear and un-checked. Click Ok to save, then Ok again.

I checked my speed today... and its back to 600 to 700 kbps. Thats what I had it on last time. I knew that it was my ISP. Becuz I didnt do any changes to my comp. Thanks for your help though. :O)

That's good. You should make sure your LAN Settings are clear anyway..
