Recently I had DSL service with PacBell using a dynamic IP which was ok I was getting 1.5 down and 109 up I ran alot of my web stuff using a dynamic pointer, anyhow I decided to get a static IP and went with Directv once getting it I checked my speed on dslreports and it says Im getting 1.3 down and 62 up but the up speed changes from 62 to 75 all the way to 109 I have changed everything on my end and it has done nothing when I had PacBell the readings where pretty much the same all the time anyone have any Idea Im getting burned out talking to Directv helpdesk and tech support they say there stumped. I have also tweaked everthing on my system drping etc...
