Ok Guyz I'm Back

I was bored and my meds are keeping me awake so i decided to look in my box-o-junk and i put together a p100 with 32mb ram (edo) and a caviar 850mb hd runnin win 98 and i have this one which is also a p100 same amount of ram but a smaller hd (500 mb) and win 95. i got both of these old timers crunchin away ! 2 things can happen :
I can blow these old relics and my fuses and go down crunchin or,
I can make up the slack from behind.
I just could'nt sit and wait any longer for my new mobo so i had to do something ! These things ain't no ferraris or lamborghini's but hey, 2 volkswagons are better than nuttin.:D i was gettin tierd of being in the pit and i need some action ! I'm sure you guyz think this is crunchin suicide with 2 relics but i'm not gonna sit by the sidelines and not help my teamates. i already have 2 casualties (AMD 933 & AMD 1Ghz) so i had to find some sort of back ups even tho they are dinosaurs . I've got a small router and both on cable modem.

Its about being part of a team and no matter what .and if by God my number comes up well i'd like to know that i've made some kind of contribution to save a life even if its a small drop in the bucket. Someone mentioned cpu cycles are never wasted they count no matter how small the number. Well tack on another 200 mhz of crunchin, its the best i can do for now guyz :D

Nice to have you back on the crunch! Although just cuz you couldn't crunch for a while didn't mean you weren't part of the team anymore :)

I had a p150 crunching for a while, takes a while but still does the business. Had to give it up when the hard drive died but that wasn't due to crunching, it was an IBM! ;)

No wonder they make all that noise ! I've got one in my main rig b4 the mobo died as a secondary drive and the dang thing is noisey as heck.

Allright LT, I was using a pentium 120 for a while, slow, but it eventually finished a gene. Don't worry, your numbers will start to go up and they all count for a good cause.
