I've recently set up a small home network to share a DSL modem between two computers. When I chat on IRC using PIRCH, I can receive files and DCC chats, but am unable to send or initiate them.
My network is a Speedstream 5260 external DSL modem connected to a Belkin 4-port Cable/DSL Gateway Router and each computer has a RealTek NIC.
I've tried using the DMZ zone, but that didn't help.
I'm using WinXP home edition (with the XP firewall turned off)
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
