o think i have some on that i dont need but i am unsure what ones i need and dont

i mean the processes when i ctrl alt del

i got like 26 runing

ummm hate to list them all


how can i put a pic up on this

or is ther any urls that will tell me what they all mean and do ?

you could always Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and hit Print Screen ... or you could run>msconfig and see what's running at startup. if you want something not to load when you start up, that's where you'll have to take it out anyway.

a friend at work has about 43 things in his task manager.

this is what mine looks like at idle running zone alarm , avg , g@h , hardware doctor.

zone alarm takes up 2

if i shut those things down i get 19 processes running

print screen for the whole desktop

alt. + print screen for just a single window

open paint ,then hit cntl. + v to paste

save as .jpg
