The mouse speed control is set to its maximum and it's nowhere near fast enough for me. I've tried the newest IntelliPoint (I'm using the USB IntelliEye Explorer 3.0 mouse), no dice. Tried some registry tweaks I found, nothing. In Windows 2000, you can set it the "old"way, but XP only gives you a short speed bar with the fastest being about as quick as the halfway point as the same IntelliPoint drivers in Windows 2000. There's no longer a choice to set the Acceleration. Thought it might be the "enhance cursor precision", so I turned it off. Nope.
Is this some kind of known XP issue or something? The mouse is clean, the surface is clean, etc.
