i keep getting Rundll32 things running somewhere .... i closwe evrything down , then there are 3 or more in the running app. then i close them and they come straight back ???? any ideas ??? what are they ?? they never used to be there ?? aahh if its not one thing its another . . .

Hey obi.

You ever thought about reinstallin the os ? i did that and my dll errors disapeared.

Just a thought :D

yeah looks like thats what i'll prob do .. thing is i only re-installed about 1.5 months ago ??? :confused:

tha's a shame, i know da feelin.
But look at it this way at least you won't have that rundll error givin you a dang headache ! :D

By chance do you have the latest anti-virus, updated at least weekly for definitions, and have run a full scan?

thanks guys, i put the AVG to work and it picked up two 'trivial' viras' - so off they went and we will see if it pops its head up again ......

Cool...hopefully that was it, as rundll32 errors are otherwise a pain to chase down.
