There's lots of 'em. All depends what you want to do with it. If you need to track WIP, Project is one of the best. But, as you know, it's VERY expensive!

If all you need is time-line tracking, and the ability to produce dynamic Gantt charts- you could look at Turbo Project Express by IMSI. The full version offers more detailed tracking and reporting than Express.
