I got RR on Monday and it works well, BUT I want to tweak it:-)

Pings are good usually in the 30's for all the major web sites I tried, and I hit my cap with any Rwin I put in (I used Speakeasy's Speed tests) Cap seems to be 2000/384

I have 2 ip's and on the one ip is a Windows xp box which hosts a hub for Direct Connect(I'd like to use a small Rwin for this one so that connection to the hub and search results in the hub pop up fast) Let me know if I'm thinking wrong there:-)

The second ip is for my pc I use all the time mostly in Direct Connect so I would like to tweak it for maximum upload while connected to Direct Connect cause I hate seeing people get 5KB/sec from me:-)

Same Tcp Recieve Windows as above except, 513920, 522680, 524176

Oh this hurts: small RWIN's 22900, 26280, 35040, 40880, 49640, 48180, 55480 ouch:) :) :) :D

I've also got Roadrunner cable. The caps supposedly are 384 Kbps upstream and 2048 Kbps downstream. I almost consistently get in excessive of 500 Kbps upstream with my Windows XP computer and in excessive of 400 Kbps with my Windows 98SE computer. The downstream rate can vary quite a bit from around 1000 Kbps to over 2400 Kbps - according to PC Pit Stop anyway.

51100 was the right number for the xp box with that RWIN I can consistently get 275KBps from a good download site and sometimes get 300KBps

I still have to play with the win2k machine:-)

Thanx Lobo
