Announcing Ad-Aware 5.8!

New in this release:

OpenMe.exe,
the recent GoHip version,
Network-Essentials,
DownloadWare,
ImiServers IEPlugin
and additional browser hijackers,
and some minor fixes and improvments as always..

Also, This update uses a new Referencefile format, please read
here for further details:

***Be advised***
The new Reffile format is not backward compatible with previous
versions of Ad-Aware. This is also true with previous reflist.sig
files and Ad-Aware 5.8. So please be sure to update to v5.8 which
includes the new reffile (005-29-04-02)

*Please uninstall all previous installed Ad-aware versions before installing this update.

Future release of RefUpdate planned within the next few days to a week. Please watch this forum for the announcement.

Plus users

Ad-aware Plus users are instructed to use their username, password and link received in the announcement email for version 5.71.
You will still be receiving your email notification as normal.
