max payne crashing problems

After the first part u know when he discovers his wife dead. It crashes there most of the time. Also sometimes when u first start a game. I have a g force 3 with updated display drivers. Also i have direct x 8.1. But i do know my g f 3 drivers are not digital signed for winxp. I dont think there are any digital signed for winxp. Also may monitor drivers are connected to the g f 3 drivers. Well thanks for any help u can give me :)

dont take this the wrong way but is it the riped 1 cuz ther could be a prop with it ?

but if you payed for it try ofcouse reinstalling and whats the crash like a error back to desk top??????????????
