Please!! Need help to improve FPS??

Well i have SOF2 and it's been running so slowly ... is there any way to improve my fps because it's horrible?

Computer Setup:
AMD Athon 1.1GHz
Asus A7V KT133
256 MB PC-133
Asus v7700 Geforce 2 GTS 32MB @ Default
40 Gb HD Disk
Cable connection

My personal comments:

A) Don't use geocities to host offsite images unless you know how to.

B) Soldier of Fortune 2 is still over a month away

C) How about you tell us the performance scores, including all settings.
