Could "Duke Nukem Forever" be the ultimate example of vaporware??

I don't know, Team Fortress 2 doesn't seem to be going anywhere, as is Half Life 2. Then again, Valve seems so happy with this "steam" thing they've developed, they're probably all on a 3 year vacation anyway. :p

I am getting tired of waiting for it.....one of those things that sounded so great a couple of years ago, but now, by the time it's out, will be forgotten, and not that much of any tech advancement.

Same thing with Halo...started drooling over it years ago, then at the last minute they knock it down to an arcade version for the XBox...man was I pissed.

Hopefully Unreal 2 won't be delay for too many decades like the others.

All I know is that I need a new FPS fix really soon and I'm getting tired of waiting. This dry spell has lasted way too long.

Very true...what a let down that was. And the original Unreal also.....although at least Unreal was still a pretty cool game by the time it finally came out.
