another xp question

what programs can I remove from the background and task bar that I don't need?? I would like to use less gadgets and conserve ram....please state specfics...thanks guys

The clock from taskbar, thats all I'd mess with:)

Oh there are alot of things you can do, but they effect something else, just buy more RAM and be on the safe side or:





WARNING, ALL DATA ON NON-REMOVABLE DISK
DRIVE C: WILL BE LOST!

Thanks i will buy more ram ...doesn't win xp take 128mb of ram??just curious

Thats what they say, the more RAM you have the better, you can leave programs like system restore running, whenever you reboot you get all your RAM back that is why you should reboot always before speed test:)
