i use adelphia in ohio also same router. I have card at atuto negotiant (however that darn word is spelled. I use a higher rwin with a adelphia a higher rwin does work. Also make sure you have the router mtu at 1500. To do this goto the 192.168.1.1 or what ever the address of router. Then goto the advaced. make sure you have block wan request disabled and also the mtu is at the bottom of the page. Good luck Adelphia powerlink does take trial and error on tweaking. One other word of wisdom try using a static ip on the cilent. The reason being is adelphia's dns goes out alot......... If you need help with static check out the network forum.
