E0041-Failed to create Device

Does anybody know all of the fatal execution errors and windows errors like E0041. It could be very usefull.:(

If I knew what language you're asknig about, it would certainly help...

I know that Visual Basic has a lot of built-in error handling functions that will identify most errors if you ever get any...

This probably doesn't help though..
