linking flash buttons

are you using Flash5 or a separate app too build the swf files?

yeah im using flash 5 ... ive got the button thing worked out but need now to link to a url ..

At least that is how I see it in flash 5.

yeah i think i was just having a dumb day that time , theres no problem linking from the action script but you must have the file published as html ...

also i had alot of trouble because i was trying to enter the script from a frame on the timeline and it wasnt working ,., you have to select the button or whatever on the stage and then enter the action from there .,

oohh flash is so frustrating sometimes , and even more when i realize that i know about 2% of it all :(

but i battle on . .
