i like the actual service, but people in billing i think there hitting the hooch or something. i moved and had my service transfered, but i was dumb and had my account paid for monthly with direct transfer from my bank. (my stupid mistake) but after i transfered you think that would paint the sign on the wall for the freaking idiots at attbi.com im no longer using that service on top of me calling in and canceling my service from my old place to my new place. so the rocket scientists at attbi.com's billing dept. didnt bother to put one and one together and get two somehow they got 6 or something out of the math they done. so they overcharged me and double charged me my old account at my old place and my new place, and on top of that they even reimbursed me and cut my amount back for a month. so i got charged not only double but it has been a good six months since my old account was closed and they keep deciding to charge my old account. F#*kers!!!! i think it is about everyother month i call up and talk the incompantants that work in billing, as there down there in the office trying to push the square blocks into the star on the childs learning toys. so i closed my bank account to resolve this problem to make sure these F#*ks cant do this again something i should have done long ago, but you think a large company like this you should feel somewhat secure. my dumb A$$ mistake. well just thought i d share my end of the stupidity that our cable interent service hires to take care of our billing. maybe im the only one, i doubt it . just want to see how anyone else delt with the problem that they may have had with attbi.com i mean you think closing my account should be enough. but who knows what these scandouls do again. it is half tempting to go back to dial up for good long while.
