think we could get a reduction to maybe 15 seconds between replies?

or not, don't know how much more stress/spamming that will incurr....

We can handle the stress on the server... However I didn't change this limitation simply because I figured if you spend less than 30 seconds reading a thread and you're ready to post a reply, either you're spamming, or you're replying to a spam thread, so there is no point ;)

no, its that(at the same time) i'm making a spam thread, responing to a spam thread, spamming a legit thread and responding legitly to a legit thread :p

sometimes i'll send a PM or get a reply to a PM and answer one PM, then maybe the next PM is small enough i answer it real quickly, but it says i have to wait 30 seconds to post, so i'm sitting there tapping my fingers lol

same with threads sometimes...

same with threads sometimes... yeah; I'll open like 5 windows with interesting threads type up a reply, send it and type another one
