Where does NortonAV store it's virus definitions?

A computer that is suspect of having a virus is getting the new Norton Antivirus. But can I bring my updated virus definitions from my PC, the other one is having trouble getting on the net. Is there a particular file that holds them? Thanks Ilmars

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\Virus Defs

There you should see folders like

"20020315.041" which means

Definitions from 3/15/2002

You may not be able to just copy definitions because they will not get registered in windows that way, eg put in the registry, therefore Norton may not be able to use them when scanning.
