Netscape 6.2 weirdness

I have just started to have a problem with NS 6.2 browser. With some sites that use popups to display information, the popup is coming up in the lower right hand corner with only the upper left corner of the window showing. It can't be moved. I have been able to view it by increasing the screen resolution. This has occurred with the DirecTV site and the MyNetscape site where you try to change your preferences.

This is happening on my notebook running WinMe. It was working just fine until recently. This doesn't occur with my desktop running Win98SE.

Anyone have any ideas before I uninstall NS and then reinstall? I know I could use IE, but this is bugging me. I did upgrade to NS 6.2.1 with no change.

Update:

Uninstalled NS 6.2 and then reinstalled with the same problem. Bit the bullet and reloaded WIN Me on the notebook.

Problem solved. Certainly don't want to do that again since the notebook only has one of those damnable restore disks.
