Your choices look pretty solid. With motherboards you will get a million different opinions. I suggest you read the online reviews of the boards. Choose what best fits your needs.

I looked at the board YoS suggested and have decided to go that way. Thanks YoS! Oh...and the ram as well. New Egg is out of stock but I dont plan to order until the first of the month. I already have an Antex 840 and love it......! So, I guess I need to know if the XPs are locked or unlocked. And how would I know the difference?
