Well I know how to do this in windows 2000 and I would assume it's prob the same for XP.

start/ programs/ Administrative Tools/ Computer managment/ Services and Application/ Internet Information Services/ Default web site. Right click deafult web site/ properties. You'll see connection in the middle of the screen (on web site tab), you can choose unlimited or limited and input the number of connection you want to have.

You running http as well or just FTP?

I'm just running http on my 2000 box and thats all I show. It's only shows what your running.. at least thats my understanding.

I'm just using IIS to run HTTP. I use server U to run my FTP.

I am running both FTP and http under IIs.
Like you mentioned above. under FTP tab-propeties-FTP site the connection option is listed.

Under the Http-props. I do have a connections area but only for "time-outs"=900seconds

On another note...Anyone help set up password for the FTP.

I tried under FTP security options and just blew it away.I spent a few weeks on this. I gave up and reloaded FTP to defaults :(
Thanks

Did you find the setting I was talking about?

BOWTYE8:

I gave up on IIS FTP a long time ago .. to much of a pain in the ass. Serv-U is way way better (IMO) and with the newest ver it has SSL now, so even better.

Wondering if anyone can chime back in on the Win XP IIs http sever connections.
Seems I aan only have 2 http connections.

Under my FTP I can set the connections and have it set to ten.

Thanks
