dsl speed question

hi!

i'm pretty new to dsl so i just wanted to ask a question. i signed up for a 128/64 kbps dsl plan with our telco (they're the only one offering dsl) and i tried the speed test at dslreports.com. the highest download speed i ever got was about 59kbps. is this slow for dsl? i'm in the philippines -- does this have any effect on the speed test?

i dunno wut ur isp says but mine say that u should get minimum of advertised speed...whre i have 384kbit-1.5mbit..where if i were to get....390 they wouldnt do nothing cuz my speed reach 384 :P but to me 59kbps is slow for dsl...so call ur isp
