ads hidden streams

i'm using TDS trojie scanner.i scan with the option to look for ntfs ads hidden streams and it found 4 alarms in q3\readme131.html. what exactly is this and is there a need to be concerned?
i deleted the files newy but ne1 k what these where

i never found an exe in the stream,but this is defenarly a dark area
pls put my mind to rest (and the guy who says use fat32 <well i just ****ed my gun>)
