fxp problems with router

heya i got myself a SOHO 10/100mbit Broadband/DSL hardware router yesterday and everything works fine.....everything except fxp (file exchange protocol)

whenever i try to transfer data i just get an error saying
425 Can't open data connection.

any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated
