D-link DFE-538TX 10/100 Adapter _need help_

hi all

how can i share my internet connection to another pc
home network using (( D-link DFE-538TX 10/100 Adapter ))

i share my file normaly in the both

note :
i'm using windows 98se

i'm using dial-up connection ( modem ) with satellite recever ( skystar 2 ) pci card
and i must use proxy server

well if you must/want to use a proxy server
there are some pretty good ones for internet sharing

Proxy + is one of them (I used it for a while back when I had 56k)
or a better solution would be if you can get ICS to work (I was never able to figure it out on my own)

anyhow with the proxy server it shoud be fairly easy..

IE6
Internet Options / Connections / LAN Settings
set your proxy server add. and port..

of course the proxy server is all assuming you already have your NW running..
