this celeron machine is slow

Its a 1ghz machine but slow with FAH2. I am not sure if its just because I am now working on the proteinAnat or what? But this one is going to take until the morning. My 1.3 Tburd was mucho faster with folding.

Because AMD's are better with floating-point calculations.

Hey Easto,
If this is your first protein A, it will seem extremly slow by comparison. My 1.2G tbird runs a frame every 10 min. 42 sec. on the proteinAnat.
It was over 11 min. until I OC'd to 1.38G.

Fold Monitor is telling me it's taking 37 minutes per frame and its now 7pm Saturday night and won't finish until 2am Tuesday Morning!!!

WTF? Won't it drop it by then ???

Dang those Celerons suuuck at folding.
Do you have anything else that could be open and taking up clock cycles? I close everything possible to free up resources.
