Do you have a proxy server setup in IE?

I assume this is work/school or some other location.

It is highly possible that the LAN you are on will not allow any connections other than those that the Admins allow.

If you want a really cool way to do it, search for a program called "Sockscap" then create a new profile (in sockscap) for the client. Then in Sockscap, have F@H use port 8080 (or whatever port is allowed for http). Then start it from within Sockscap.

This makes F@H use the web browser port, which is allowed through firewalls.
