OK...how can I run SETI and any other distributed project at the same time? I really want to help but I have so much time invested with SETI, I don't want to stop.

I have never ran SETI, but I used to run F@H and Genome at the same time. They shared the unused resources...

Have you given it a try?
I would DL it and see what happens...

is seti run in dos mode as well? try opening 2 dos windows and running each that way.
