Anyone know if there was a Comcast outage last night (Monday, 2/25/02) in the southern New Jersey area? At 2 different times last night, for a period of about 20 minutes each, I could access nothing on the internet. The cable light on my cable modem started blinking and then went out. I rebooted and power cycled the modem, but no connection was re-established for a period of about 20 minutes.
The sad thing about this? I was a happy Earthlink dial-up customer for 3 years and NEVER had an outage (email or connection). I've been a Comcast customer for about 4 weeks now, and suffered through 4 total outages so far, one lasting a period of 12 hours (2/21/02).
Anyone else having outage problems?
