ZA and FTP sites

I haven't changed anything (settings that is) with ZA but I cannot seem to connect to a few FTP sites. It keeps telling it has blocked internet access to my computer from the site??? Am I missing something here? ZA reg, not pro.

FTP uses two channels in a session. One is for data one is for commands.

Sounds like the server is running active mode. That means that after you connect on the command channel (port 21) the server initiates a data channel connection back out to your box (from it's port 20) to a randomly selected port (1025-65535) at your address. ZA has no way of associating the two channels - the second connection appears to be a new, unsolicited connection attempt from the internet. Not much you can do about it other than lowering the security settings for that site or adding ot to a local zone temporarily when you need ftp (unless you know the admin and can convince him to switch to passive mode ftp).
