on my zone alarm, there is a program that is called,"generic host process for win32 services" it acts as a server. what is this and what does it actually do???

Try changing the allowances to question mark to find out when it actually tries to access the net.

I have no idea what it is.

i've gotten that myself, not sure what it is actually. guess i should have asked also

generic host process for win32 services is connected to svchost.exe, it's a service for running/hosting a number of programs.
